Single occupancy accommodations are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. The double occupancy rate is listed per person based on sharing a room. $500 is required to secure your spot. The group flight departs from Orlando International Airport (MCO) on September 10, 2025. Please note that transfers are not included for travelers arriving separately from the group.
A valid passport is required for all international travel. Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates.
For the Dubai Lux Allure trip, your passport must not expire before March 18, 2026. Travelers with passports expiring before this date should renew their passport as soon as possible to avoid travel disruptions.
It is your responsibility to ensure your passport meets all entry requirements. Simplistic Journeys is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to passport validity issues.

All prices are based on the current exchange rates at the time of booking. If the U.S. dollar devalues, Simplistic Journeys reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly to reflect increased costs.
Your final invoice will include any necessary adjustments due to currency fluctuations, supplier rate changes, or government-imposed fees. Prices are not guaranteed until full payment is received.

As of now, U.S. passport holders can obtain a visa upon arrival in Dubai at no cost. No prior application is required for stays within the permitted duration.
If the visa policy changes, Simplistic Journeys will notify you via email with updated requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates and to comply with any entry requirements set by the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

For the Dubai Lux Allure group trip:
- The group will arrive at Dubai International Airport (DXB) on September 11, 2025.
- The group departure is scheduled for September 17, 2025.
- If booking your own flights, you must depart the United States on September 10, 2025, to account for travel time and time zone differences.

Flight details, including departure times, airline information, and baggage policies, will be provided once finalized. A major credit card will be required at check-in to cover any incidental charges during your stay. This includes, but is not limited to, room service, minibar charges, resort fees, and any damages incurred.
The hotel will place a hold on your credit card for the duration of your stay, which will be released upon checkout, subject to their policies. Debit cards may also be accepted, but this may result in a temporary hold on available funds.

Airline seat assignments are solely determined by the airline and are subject to their policies, availability, and discretion. Simplistic Journeys does not have control over seat selections, and specific seating requests cannot be guaranteed.
If you require an upgraded class of service beyond the economy seats included in the full package, you must purchase the land-only package and book your flights independently. This ensures that you have the flexibility to select your preferred class of service, including premium economy, business, or first class.
For travelers booked under the full package, we recommend managing seat preferences directly with the airline upon ticketing. Additional fees may apply depending on the airline’s policies.
Simplistic Journeys is not responsible for any seat changes made by the airline, including but not limited to schedule changes, aircraft swaps, or operational needs. We strongly encourage reviewing the airline’s policies and selecting travel insurance for added protection.

By selecting a land-only package, you acknowledge that all airport and intercity transfers are your responsibility. Simplistic Journeys does not include transfers in land-only bookings, and it is your duty to arrange transportation to and from your accommodations, excursions, and any other travel activities.
However, we understand that navigating transportation in a new destination can be challenging. To assist you, we offer optional transfer coordination services at an additional cost. All reservations must be made using your FULL NAME exactly as it appears on your passport. Any discrepancies may result in additional fees.

If your reservation is canceled due to non-payment or any other reason, you may request reinstatement subject to availability. A reinstatement fee of $250 per person is required, in addition to your past due balance, to reinstate your booking.

Dubai is a unique and culturally rich destination, but travelers must be aware that the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has strict laws and regulations that differ significantly from other countries. By booking a Dubai trip with Simplistic Journeys, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Legal & Cultural Compliance: The UAE enforces strict rules regarding public behavior, dress codes, and social interactions. Public displays of affection, profanity, and inappropriate attire can result in fines or legal consequences. Drug laws are extremely strict—possession of even trace amounts of banned substances (including some prescription medications) can lead to imprisonment or deportation. Alcohol is only permitted in licensed venues, and public intoxication is illegal.
Respect for Local Customs & Religion: The UAE follows Islamic laws and customs. During Ramadan, eating, drinking, or smoking in public during daylight hours is prohibited. Photography restrictions apply—travelers should avoid taking photos of government buildings, airports, or local citizens (especially women) without permission.
Technology & Social Media Restrictions: Online behavior is regulated, and posting offensive or defamatory content about the UAE, its government, or its laws can result in severe legal action, including fines or imprisonment. Entry & Exit Requirements: Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the date of travel. Certain nationalities may require a visa before arrival, and it is the traveler’s responsibility to verify and obtain all necessary travel documents.
