Single occupancy accommodations are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. The double occupancy rate is per person, based on sharing a room. $500 is required to secure your spot. Please note that transfers are not included for those arriving separately from the group.
AIR & LAND PACKAGE

DOUBLE: $4,500.00 Per Person
Single occupancy accommodations are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. The double occupancy rate is listed per person based on sharing a room. $500 is required to secure your spot. The group flight departs from Orlando International Airport (MCO) on September 10, 2025. Please note that transfers are not included for travelers arriving separately from the group.
A valid passport is required for all international travel. For the Dubai Luxe Allure experience, your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates.
Your passport must not expire before March 18, 2026. If your passport expires before this date, you must renew it as soon as possible to avoid travel disruptions.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that their passport meets all entry requirements for Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Simplistic Journeys is not liable for denied boarding, delayed travel, or entry refusal due to passport validity issues.

All pricing for the Dubai Luxe Allure experience is based on the current currency exchange rate at the time of booking. In the event of U.S. dollar devaluation or significant market shifts, Simplistic Journeys reserves the right to adjust your trip cost to reflect updated rates and supplier fees.
Your final invoice may include adjustments based on currency fluctuations, changes in supplier rates, or government-imposed taxes and fees. Please note: Prices are not guaranteed until full payment is received.

As of now, U.S. passport holders do not need to apply in advance for a Dubai visa. A free visa on arrival is granted for eligible travelers, provided the stay falls within the permitted duration set by the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
If there are any changes to the Dubai visa policy for U.S. travelers, Simplistic Journeys will notify all Dubai Luxe Allure guests via email with updated entry guidelines.
It is your responsibility to ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates and that you comply with all current UAE entry requirements.

If you choose the Dubai Luxe Allure land-only package, you are responsible for booking your own flights and arranging your airport transfers to and from the hotel.
For the Dubai Luxe Allure group experience:
The group will arrive at Dubai International Airport (DXB) on September 11, 2025.
The scheduled group departure is on September 17, 2025.
If booking your own flights, you must depart the United States on September 10, 2025, to account for international travel time and time zone changes.
To ensure a seamless travel experience, please align your flight schedule with the group travel itinerary and secure timely transportation to the hotel. Simplistic Journeys is not responsible for missed activities due to flight delays, misaligned schedules, or independently arranged travel.

Flight details, including departure times, airline information, and baggage policies, will be provided once finalized. Upon arrival at W Dubai – Mina Seyahi for your Dubai Luxe Allure stay, a major credit card is required at check-into cover any incidental charges incurred during your stay. These may include room service, minibar usage, resort fees, or any damages.
The hotel will place a temporary hold on your credit card for the duration of your stay. This hold is typically released upon checkout, subject to the hotel’s policies and processing timelines. While debit cards may be accepted, they may result in a longer hold on available funds in your account.

All participants must be 18 years of age or older to join the Dubai Luxe Allure experience. This is an adults-only group trip, and no exceptions will be made to the age requirement.

All pricing for the Dubai Luxe Allure experience is subject to change without notice and is based on current availability at the time of booking. Prices are not guaranteed until your deposit is received and confirmed by Simplistic Journeys—and are still subject to change until full payment is received and processed in full.
To secure your spot at the current rate, we strongly recommend booking early. Once your deposit is confirmed, your rate is held; however, final pricing is not fully locked in until your balance is paid in full.
Unless otherwise stated, all listed prices are based on double occupancy. Single occupancy rates, room upgrades, and special requests may be available for an additional cost.

By enrolling in the Dubai Luxe Allure payment plan, you agree to make scheduled monthly payments to keep your reservation in good standing. Failure to submit payments on time may result in the cancellation of your booking, with any funds paid subject to Simplistic Journeys’ cancellation policy.
You may choose to make larger payments than the required minimum; however, your account must still reflect consistent monthly activity to avoid disruption. Skipped or inconsistent payments may lead to automatic cancellation.
For double occupancy bookings, you are responsible for ensuring your roommate is also keeping up with their payment schedule. If your roommate cancels or falls behind, you may be responsible for the single occupancy rate or must provide a suitable replacement traveler.
All final payments are due by the deadline stated in your booking confirmation. Late or missed payments may result in fees or automatic cancellation of your reservation.

Airline seat assignments for the Dubai Luxe Allure group trip are managed solely by the airline and are subject to their availability, operational needs, and policies. Simplistic Journeys does not control seat selection, and we cannot guarantee specific seating requests.
If you prefer an upgraded class of service—such as premium economy, business class, or first class—you must purchase the land-only package and book your flights independently. This option offers you the flexibility to select your preferred cabin and manage all airline-related details directly.
For travelers booked under the full package, we recommend contacting the airline after ticketing to manage seat preferences. Please note that additional fees may apply depending on the airline’s seat assignment policies.

By selecting a land-only package for the Dubai Luxe Allure experience, you acknowledge that airport and intercity transfers are not included. It is your responsibility to arrange all transportation to and from your accommodations, scheduled excursions, and any other personal travel activities.

Drug laws are extremely strict—possession of even trace amounts of banned substances, including some prescription medications, can lead to imprisonment or deportation.
Alcohol consumption is only allowed in licensed venues; public intoxication is a criminal offense.
2. Respect for Local Customs & Religion
The UAE adheres to Islamic traditions, which travelers must respect at all times.
During Ramadan, eating, drinking, or smoking in public during daylight hours is prohibited.
Photography restrictions apply—do not take photos of government buildings, airports, or local citizens (especially women) without consent.
3. Technology & Social Media Use
Online content is regulated in the UAE. Posting offensive or defamatory comments about the UAE, its leadership, or its laws can result in legal penalties.
