SINGLE: $4,950.00 Per Person DOUBLE: $3,750.00 Per Person

Single occupancy accommodations are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. The double occupancy rate is per person, based on sharing a room. A $500 deposit per person is required to secure your spot. Please note that transfers are not included for those arriving separately from the group.

AIR & LAND PACKAGE

SINGLE: $5,950.00 Per Person DOUBLE: $4,750.00 Per Person

Single occupancy accommodations are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. The double occupancy rate is listed per person, and a $500 deposit per person is required to reserve your spot. The group flight departs from John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) on September 10, 2025. Please note that transfers are not included for travelers arriving separately from the group.

IMPORTANT TRAVEL INFORMATION

A valid passport is required for international travel, and it must be valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates. For this trip, your passport should not expire before March 18,2026.

All prices are based on current exchange rates at the time of booking. Should the U.S. dollar devalue, Simplistic Journeys reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect any increases due to currency changes.
At present, U.S. passport holders can obtain a visa upon entry into Dubai with no fee required. If this policy changes, we will notify you via email.

If you select the Land Only Package, you will need to arrange your own flights and airport transfers. The group will fly into Dubai International Airport (DXB), arriving on September 11, 2025, with departure scheduled for September 17, 2025.  If booking your own flights, please align your travel dates and transfers accordingly. You will need to leave the United Stares on September 10, 2025.

The full airline schedule for the group package will be released in April 2025.

A major credit card will be required at check-in to cover any incidental charges during your stay.
A detailed, day-by-day itinerary will be provided no later than 60 days prior to departure.
A private Facebook group will be created approximately 30 days before the trip to keep you updated and connected.

All payments to Simplistic Journeys are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger monthly payments than what is required. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

Airline seat assignments are solely up to the airlines. 

If you require another class of service other than the economy seats that are included in the full package, you should purchase the land-only package.

Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Incorrect names may incur a name change fee. For any name or occupancy adjustments, please contact Simplistic Journeys directly. Failure to notify us may result in a $250 Name Change Fee plus any applicable vendor fees.

Late payment of $250 per person is required after the final payment date on your invoice.
A reinstatement fee of $250 per person is required in addition to your past due balance to reinstate your booking any time after cancellation.

You are responsible to keep Simplistic Journeys informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication.
